Course & Credit Reporting Info

How Will My Home School be Informed that I am Registered in Torah High?

Letters will be sent to the guiadance department of a student's home school in early December. This letter will inform the student's school that he or she is registered in a Torah High.

How & When are The Credits Sent to My Home School?

Students who complete the course requirements by June 15 will have their credits sent to their school over the month of July.

Students in Grade 12 will have their credits sent to their school over the last two weeks of June.

  • Students in Grades 8 – 11 must complete their requirements before June 30, 2013.
  • Students in Grade 12 must complete their requirements before June 10, 2013

If the requirements have not been completed by the dates allotted, the student will lose his or her credit. In specific instances, it will be up to the sole discretion of the Torah High principal to extend this deadline and allow students to complete course requirements past this time period.

For Grade 12 Students Only

How & When are OUAC & OCAS Informed of My Credit and My Final Mark?

Students are responsible for emailing their OUAC number directly to nechama@torahhigh.org. Withholding, or delaying, giving the Torah High office this information will result in potential delays for submitting the student's information and marks to OUAC and/or OCAS.

In the first week of February, students will be given a mid-term mark. The mark will then be sent to the OUAC directly by Torah High. Students may confirm this by viewing their midterm mark on the OUAC website.

Typically, OCAS doesn’t require midterm marks. However, in the event that a student requests that their midterm mark be sent to OCAS, then Torah High will accommodate the request, providing that they have inform the Torah High office of their OCAS number.
