Holiday Special Programs

WORTH 2 TORAH HIGH HOURS

Torah High will be offering students “Holiday Specials” programs featuring multiple levels of educational instruction and activities relating to the Jewish Holidays. These multiple levels of educational instruction and activities are differentiated according to course strands and expectations, and are assessed like any other part of a Torah High course.

A typical "Holiday Special” program will begin right after the normal Torah High day ends. The program will include various activities, programs and classes centering on the upcoming holiday. The will take place at both the main Torah High hubs – the Village Shul for South Students, or Aish Hatorah for North Students.

Please note the following regarding the Holiday Specials:

  1. Each program may be subject to minimum and maximum enrollment. Register early to avoid disappointment.
  2. Students must pre-register for the seminar by registering online. Any student who simply shows up for the seminar may not be eligible to receive any hours.
  3. Students from any day of the week or from any location may attend these programs, though they are offered after classes on a specific day
  4. Students attending class at a different location on that same day will be allowed a reasonable grace period to arrive late at the main Torah High hub where the program will be taking place.
  5. To receive any hours, students must attend the program in its entirety. Any student who does not do so, for whatever reason, may lose some or all of the hours that the program offers.
