Mandatory Credit Options

Out of Class Hours

All of Torah High's courses comply with Ministry of Education policies and guidelines in which there is a minimum of 110 hours of instruction in accordance with Ontario Secondary Schools Program Diploma Requirements (OSS).

Torah High divides the 110 hours of instruction into two. While there are 80 hours of in-class instruction delivered through weekly two seventy-five minute sessions, the remaining 30 hours must be completed through one or more of the Torah High programs.

PLEASE NOTE: Students must complete at least 10 of their required 30 hours within the first semester, by January 31, 2013.

Missed Event Policies

Credits or refunds will be issued if a request to cancel registration to an event is provided at least 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled event.

The lack of a withdrawal request within the outlined time period, or the failure to attend a registered program, will result in a full charge for that event. Registrants will not be penalized for a missed event in the case that medical documentation is provided.
